The predecessor of the company, Wujiang Tongda Colored Steel Prefabricated House Factory, was established in 1995. It is located in Suzhou, the economic hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta on the south bank of Taihu Lake. It is a modern modular construction enterprise integrating professional design, manufacturing, construction and after-sales service. The company is the vice president unit of the prefabricated construction industry association in Wujiang District, Suzhou City. It participated in the drafting and formulation of industry standards such as color steel sandwich panels T/WJZP001-2021 and prefabricated container houses T/WJZP003-2022. The product quality is industry-leading. The company has nearly 10,000 square meters of standard factory buildings and sites, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 square meters of prefabricated houses and 10,000 sets of container houses.
