What is a Calor gas hire charge and why do I have to pay it?
Cylinders are a high cost item and need regular safety pressure testing to ensure they are safe and sound to use. When you buy a Calor gas bottle from us, you’ll be asked to pay for and agree to the Cylinder Refill Agreement which legally states that the cylinder always remains the property of Calor Gas Limited. When it’s empty, you can simply exchange it with us for a pre-filled cylinder within the same category group or return the cylinder in good order to us or any official Calor Gas centre for a partial refund.
