I have been teaching yoga in Uckfield since 2004, sharing the benefits of this practice with everybody from babies, pregnant people, children, women, men, teenagers, older people. In 2017 I opened the Uckfield yoga studio which lasted 5 years and I still teach at Phoenix health hub to this day. My intention is to bring light and joy to all who take time to invest in the wellbeing of their body, mind and soul.
