Newborn Session
Having used Esther previously for a newborn photoshoot, we knew we wanted to use her again when we found out we were expecting our second daughter. Esther has such a wonderful way with newborns and the patience of a saint! She observed the current COVID regulations and we felt completely comfortable. Newborn Session
Esther was fantastic, from what we had seen online we new we liked her natural, real-life style and when she came to our home it was such a relaxed and easy session, especially with a 2 week old baby! Esther is great with babies and made us all feel at ease. We just love the final photos. 100% recommend Esther!

Hi I'm Esther. I offer newborn lifestyle photography sessions in the comfort of your own home. Choosing a photographer to take photographs of your precious new baby is a big deal. I have trained in the skill and art of newborn photography, and pride myself in specialising in newborn art. Not only do I have a lot of experience behind the camera as a newborn photographer, but as a mummy of two young children, I have real hands on newborn experience. My focus is to provide a wonderful unique experience for each and every one of my lovely clients, because I am here to capture this amazing and overwhelming time in your life as you welcome your new baby into the world. My sessions are all about capturing your new baby, your family, your precious world.
Your Newborn Photoshoot
My newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your own home. As you can see from my work, I specialise in a more natural, baby led style of newborn photography. I prefer to let your baby lay how they are comfortable and simply position them to capture every detail beautifully, specifically when I take more detailed individual shots of your baby in my super comfy and safe posing pod. And of course, gentle guidance and direction is given to family members whilst I capture the inbetween moments, your connection.
I always encourage and welcome my clients to schedule a call with me, so we can have a chat about you are looking for from your photoshoot. We can also discuss what you plan to do with your photographs and how I can help you create your vision.
I recommend you book your session just after your 20 week scan. To secure your booking, I require a £50 deposit and I pencil your due date in my diary. Once your baby arrives, drop me a line and we can agree a date.
I suggest all newborn photoshoots with me take place before your baby is 10 days old, as they sleep the majority of the time during this period and are still very curled up and settled.
Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you information on what to expect from your session and how best to prepare.
It will include suggestions on what not to wear and rooms in your home which will be ideal to use.
2-3 weeks after your shoot, I will send you a link to a private online gallery for you to choose your images.
