The Chapel Medical Centre
The Chapel Medical Centre has been established for around ten years serving the community of Slough to provide excellent healthcare and meet the needs of each patient while continually striving to improve our service.
Chapel Medical Centre now offers telephone and video consultations Monday to Friday in addition to our face to face consultations. These are 15-minute consultations by our doctors. If the doctor requires you to be seen, they will arrange an appointment in the surgery. We can arrange for your prescription to be sent to the pharmacy of your choice using Electronic Prescribing (EPS). All calls are recorded
Our online services
Medical App that allows you to book appointments online www.mygp.com with the Chapel Medical Centre. The App also allows you to swap and cancel your appointments. To do this, you do not require a Photo ID to use. It will also allow you to order repeat prescriptions online; however, to use this service on the App, you will require a photo ID. You will need to bring your Photo ID to the surgery reception, and the staff will arrange for your prescriptions to be set up on the App. You must be registered as a patient at the Medical Centre to use this App. The Medical Centre has recently made GP Phone consultation, Practice Nurse, and Health Care Assistant (HCAs) appointments available online to book.
Econsult- Patient Benefits using Econsult (online consultations)
Save time, you may not need a trip to the surgery, and your query may be resolved with a phone call. Continuity of care from your GP practice – with the convenience of online access.
