Looking for a Private Social Worker?
We are an independent fast-track solution for people in need of an Assessment and Care & Support Planning.

You don't have to rely on local authorities to assess your needs and source your care options. Contact an independent social work practice like LAMONT, and for a fee we will complete a Care Needs Assessment, Support Plan and Source Support for you, stress free and personable

Once you've been assessed the next stage is to complete a Care and Support Plan. The Care & Support Plan explains how your care and support needs will be met, and outlines the level of care that is needed to maintain your well-being.

Using your Care & Support plan, we will contact care & support agencies until we find you the right package that will meet your needs.

Following this you have the option to work with our Life Coach. This involves working together to identify your desired goals, formulate solutions, recognise your potential and strengths. This in turn may lead to a reduction in the need for future support.

Earning over £23,250 per year means that you are required to pay the full cost of your care needs. This is known as Self-Funding.

Get To Know US
We see ourselves as change agents and believe that social work and coaching share the same core value of 'making a difference in people's lives'; and we greatly appreciate having had access to both disciplines.

Our philosophy is that a person is autonomous: you are the expert in your own life, and you will, therefore, be at the centre of our journey together.

We are specialised in supporting many people including; Adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder; Adults with Learning Disabilities; Adults with Physical Disabilities; Older People; Vulnerable Adults and those who may be substance-dependent.

We have worked directly with clients on a one-to-one basis, as well with their families, for over six years. We have managed and supervised qualified and newly qualified staff, and have facilitated group reflective practice sessions.

The essence of our work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. We specialise in creating personalised plans and providing tools to guide you forward to achieve your desired goals.

We take great pride in the progress and success of our clients, and we look forward to working with you.
