We are one of the UK's leading trade large format graphics, banner and backdrop printers. Established in 2008, we have grown in scale and now have 1000's of loyal trade clients across the UK and Europe. Our mission is to give you the best quality products at the lowest possible trade prices.
Using our online calculator for most roll to roll products we have made it easier and much more efficient for you to work out costs and order your print effortlessly using our online web system.
We deliver printed graphics to the UK and Europe and all items are sent in plain wrap so you can order and send items direct to your client if you wish.
Our efficient processes are highly automated, enabling us to produce high-quality banners and signage very cost-effectively. Our ethos in efficient manufacturing has allowed us to sell our products at the lowest rates on the UK market today.
Banner World started business in 2008. Our objective was to be the lowest cost banner printer in the UK. Over 10 years later and with over 2000 regular clients we produce high-quality banners and graphics at prices much less than our competitors.
How are we are able to offer this low-cost service? We have automated 80% of all the processes, which cuts the times it takes to process and manufacture your order. We use semi automatic eyeleting and hemming machines which cut down on manufacturing time and labour. A 10m x 2m banner can be hemmed and eyeleted in less than 5 minutes meaning we can produce large banner jobs very quickly.
Most of our products are printed at our European print house. The printers here run 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The machines are constantly running, only stopping to change rolls. A new print run is created whilst the previous roll is printed and the process is repeated. With the ability to batch and send full complete rolls of material to printers we minimise waste with our sophisticated batching and nesting systems. The batching technology calculates the most economic lay up of the banners on each roll which cuts down on wastage. Our approach to wastage and time enables us to manufacture the best possible products at the lowest trade rate. We, in turn, pass this saving down to our customers, so you can be assured you are getting the best possible value for money.
