Hi, I'm Alex James a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Teacher living in Wimbledon. I am passionate about well-being and run a practice based on kindness, compassion, empathy and integrity. Both programmes combine mindfulness techniques like meditation, breathing exercises and gentle yoga, with elements from cognitive therapy to help break negative thought patterns and reduce stress. My bespoke STOP IN-7 Smoking Cessation programme offers clients the best chance to not only quit the habit but more importantly make sure they stay a non-smoker.
