We also offer a yearly health check service to ensure your computer or laptop is running at optimum levels and operates at the top of it's capabilities. We offer this service for £40 and for this we will clean the computer/laptop thoroughly inside and out, install latest drivers and Windows updates, peform a virus scan and remove any that are detected and carry out tests on the hard drive's temperatures and check for any bad sectors to ensure is running as it should and not beginning to fail. If your hard drive is beginning to fail, it will have high temperatures and bad sectors or not being recognised by your computer. In the event of a failing hard drive, it would be best to backup any data and upgrade to a SSD drive as these are more reliable and boot up quicker than a standard hard drive. We can backup any data from the hard drive and carry out a fresh install of Windows on the SSD drive and restore data back onto the SSD drive.
