  Heart and Soul Healing offers advice, support, help and coaching to Empath's and Highly Sensitive People, to assist them in 1) standing in their own power 2) thriving in life and 3) moving forward in their unique spiritual journeys. Heart and Soul Healing provides help, support, advice and coaching to Empath's and Highly Sensitive People (HSP's). Being highly sensitive in a desensitised world can be a daily struggle for those who were simply born the way they were. Thankfully, the scientific community now recognises the term "highly sensitive person" and am one myself, with a family of 3 children (who are all highly sensitive too). Empath's (those acutely sensitive) make up around 5% of the population, while "highly sensitives" make up around 20% of the population, so my services help those 25% of highly or acutely sensitive people to thrive in their lives, to live their lives consciously, to stand in their own power and to develop themselves on their own, unique spiritual journeys.
