Julia Young Counselling Service (BA Hons Counselling). I am an experienced, qualified counsellor offering an empathic and supportive approach to counselling which enables you to explore what is affecting you and/or your relationships. I work with mental health and emotional issues affecting both mind and body; including anxiety/depression, ptsd/trauma, bereavement/loss and anger. I also counsel clients with mental health conditions such as borderline personality disorder & many other mental health issues, but am resistant to labels attributed to these difficulties preferring to hear your story and its impact. Counselling sessions are £30.00 however the FIRST SESSION IS FREE, so that you can explore how counselling might help and whether it is right for you. For frail or elderly clients who are unable to attend my practice, I am happy to visit you particularly if access is an issue. My counselling practice is 5 minutes walk from Worthing Central Station.
