We believe that people want to know where the food on their plate comes from and all our meat is fully traceable. We offer a bespoke butchering service and also stock a full range of joints that can be cut to the customers' specification together with a wide range of traditional cuts. We also make our own sausages and beef burgers on the premises. The quality of the meat and integrity of the service has resulted in a steadily growing client base and customers now come from far and wide to buy our locally sourced meat.We source our meat from local Kentish farms that produce Aberdeen Angus beef and Romney lamb. These two native breeds of animal are well renowned for their tenderness and succulent flavours. The pork is also Kentish, from a herd that is free range and makes a moist and succulent flavoured sausage.
