I offer short and long term therapy and my aim is to help you improve your long term emotional, psychological and physical health so that you can move on, positively grow in yourself and improve relationships with others.Two things that make me different is that I find working with clients for 90 minutes more conducive to progress, and also my background and qualifications in working with physical health and the relationship with psychological and emotional responses, means that I can use this experience as another valuable tool. My core orientation is psychodynamic and I also use Person Centred, TA, Gestalt, CBT, NLP.
