Write a reviewBridport Chess Club is a relatively new club formed approximately 8 years ago by a group of friends who wanted to play chess on a regular but casual basis We have entered teams in the Dorset League for about 6 years and meet weekly at the Conservative Club which is in Bridport town centre (behind Lloyds Bank on a Thursday evening from 7.30pm onwards Compared with other local clubs we have a relatively young membership and are keen to expand within all age groups and ideally enter more teams in the league
