  Ajuda Limited is a specialist Health & Safety training provider based at Cardiff Bay. Dawn Evans set up Ajuda a few years ago after her daughter choked on a sweet. It made her realise that if she did not have essential First Aid skills her daughter could have died. More importantly, the mothers that were with her that day said that they would not have known what do if it was their child. Dawn then set out to become a First Aid trainer and started teaching mothers, teachers, crèche assistants, schools & colleges in First Aid. First Aid became her passion and the range of subjects that Ajuda taught expanded rapidly over the years. Dawn is immensely passionate about teaching First Aid. However, Dawn came to realise that passion alone is not sustainable in business; that's when the additional courses such as Manual Handling, Health & Safety Fire Safety, Food Safety were introduced. Today Ajuda runs over 50 different Health & Safety related subjects. Ajuda recently purchased their own Training Academy in Cardiff Bay and has 30 professional trainers delivering training across the UK. Ajuda have trained over 25,000 delegates over the past 4 years and our exam papers are available in 14 different languages along with the ability to teach First Aid and Food Hygiene through the medium of Welsh language. Ajuda really do Educate people to save lives, and this fact alone makes all Dawn's hard work worthwhile.
