I can also help people, mainly through cognitive behavioural therapy, with conditions such as asthma, diabetes, chronic pain, smoking cessation and weight management. I work with my husband who, as an integrative counsellor, is also able to help people with anxiety, depression, OCD and bereavement. Fees on a sliding scale.
