The Zone now offers pole dancing lessons and dance themed parties in Huddersfield Town centre, for fitness, fun, and good times you will remember. The classes can burn between 300 and 500 calories an hour and are a great way to get into shape and feel good about yourself at the same time!Sessions cost £7.50 per session - one month to be paid in advance to secure place.Classes are small groups so time on the Pole is maximised!Monday 8- 9pmWednesday 7pm - 8pm / 8pm - 9pmSunday 6pm - 7pmAlso available private lessons from £15.00 per hour, and hen/birthday parties.
