What do Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Ronaldo and Neymar all have in common? As Kids They all played Futsal! With a smaller weighted ball and a smaller pitch encouraging better close control, teamwork and keeping the ball on the floor each player will touch the ball many more times during a game of Futsal than they do in a normal game of football. They will pass more, dribble more, shoot more and score more goals. More time on the ball = Better technique! Let your child develop their game in a friendly fun atmosphere where the emphasis is on enjoyment and ball retention. Also, being based indoors, this is an all year round sport not affected by rain, wind or snow!! Currently recruiting boys aged 9-11. Thursdays 7-8pm in the Sports Hall @ Barking & Dagenham College, Dagenham Road, Romford, Essex RM7 0XU. Please reply with your child's full name and date of birth details together with your telephone number, email & address. £5 per session, volunteers welcome.
