  Hi, Welcome to Chuldow Martial Arts Black Belt Academy - Chapel Allerton where you will find a warm and friendly welcome. Whether you are a beginner or if you have already had experience. We teach Traditional and Modern Martial Arts, so whether you want to get fit, learn effective self defence or just try something new and interesting we have a class for you!! We are a family run academy which consists of Chris & Laura Middleton and daughter Victoria, who between us teach adults and children from the age of 4. We have specialised age appropriate classes: Little Ninjas Class - helps prepare your younger children by giving them confidence and discipline in a fun way. Get them into exercise at a young age. (4-7 years) Junior Dragons Class - Help them gain confidence, self-esteem and self-defence in a controlled and fun environment. (8-12 years) Senior Karate Class - Learn one of the most popular and respected Martial Arts- fitness, self defence, confidence and much more!! ( Age 13+) We teach younger children "stranger danger" and "anti-bullying" We promote fitness, self discipline and self-confidence in a fun and controlled environment.
