The top quality Pier Point restaurant is directly across the road from the apartment. The apartment is within 1.5 miles of Bournemouth Town Centre with its wide range of attractions. The apartment comprises an open plan living area with a 4'6 pull down wall bed, leather sofa, freeview and dvd t.v. and a fully fitted luxury kitchen with full size hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and has eating area with stools.
