Lochgelly Community Council are currently seeking the views of local residents regarding Onshore Wind Development as part of the public consultation being run by Fife Council, which starts on the 14th of January and ends on the 10th March 2013 Recently the Central Fife Times announced the first industrial turbine being completed at the Westfield site, we've had a look at the site from the Public Park, and currently there is three turbines completed which are very visible from the park and for some residents in Lochgelly We, the undersigned, request that Air Quality monitoring stations are built in Lochgelly, Lumphinnans, Cowdenbeath and Auchtertool, to monitor Benzene & pollution levels from the Mossmorran plant for the lifetime of any wind turbines built around the Mossmorran complex Lomond Homes, the housing developer which has a current outstanding debt to the Lochgelly community for £300,000 has resubmitted a planning application for the Avenues
