We work to encourage skills and cultivate the sharing of best practice by forging relationships with the key stakeholders in our industry.The importance of what we do: Great emphasis is now being placed on companies, both by the Government and Trade Unions, to invest in the continued learning and development of their workforces as a way of improving standards and competitiveness. Using our two decades of experience within the glass sector, we have an understanding of the issues companies face and we can work with them to provide solutions.Our mission and vision: Our mission is to create a sector development platform to improve competitiveness, increase productivity and provide greater opportunities for all.Our vision is of a glass industry which gives every employee a choice of learning pathways and qualifications to be able to achieve their full potential. We aim to develop a fully integrated workforce in order to improve quality and performance.
