  As Winter approaches and the nights draw in why not treat yourself to learning a new skill which will give you confidence, build your self esteem, help you to get fit and give you a chance to meet new friends. Martial arts has always been one of the best ways to do this. Here at Kaizen we offer 5 martial arts - Karate, Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu and Kobudo. One of these will just be right for you! You don't need to have practised martial arts before - all our Instructors adapt their training for people who have no experience to those who have trained before. Why not just give Kaizen a try - what have you to lose? 90 minutes of your time could change your life forever. It has done for many, many people. On the training side we have opportunities for people to visit other countries. Our next trip is to Japan, a country we have visited three times for training and sightseeing. For those who have an interest in competing there are opportunities to compete locally, nationally and internationally. For those who enjoy just training, our instructors will ensure that training is of the highest standard. For those who enjoy training and socialising we do have a social calendar with trips and nights out. There is no need even to book a place - just turn up on one of the nights we are open and talk to the instructor, watch a class, talk to others or best of all - join in. You won't regret it. What about the costs? - Our prices have remained unchanged for over 10 years and our introductory package in karate alone saves you pounds! There are no contracts to sign.
