We offer advice and information, supported housing, respite care for carers and couselling. We also offer programmes (such as anxiety and anger managerment), support groups (such as post natal depression,) recovery groups (such as Women's groups, walking groups, nutrition and mental wellbeing and cannabis cessation), creative groups (such as art, music and creative writing) and PC based cognitive behavourial therapy for alleviation of anxiety and depression.
