Established in 2004.
Sam's worked in the health & fitness industry since 1993 teaching a vast variety of exercise classes. She qualified in Pilates in 1998 after realising that her lumbar back pain stemmed from early-onset arthritis & needed lifelong core strength, mobility, & flexibility movement which teaching & practising Pilates daily has given her. Over recent years her focus has included promoting complete wellness using simple health bio-hacks, exercise physiology, the biomechanics of breathwork for the development of physical & mental resilience for everyday life, particularly post Covid & into midlife & beyond. Her key areas of practice are Pilates, fascial fitness, functional movement, mindfulness, mental cognition, stress physiology & enabling social interaction opportunities for members/participants. Sam aims wholeheartedly for the business to enable people to have fun, feel welcome, nurture their bodies & feel encouraged, motivated & supported to meet their wellness, health & fitness goals!
