Using the same principles as acupuncture (but without the needles), Shiatsu is a powerful, hands-on therapy which can be used to treat many physical and/or emotional conditions including back, neck and shoulder problems, headaches and migraines, depression (including post-natal), anxiety, stress and digestive problems, including IBS.
