Homebred beef. Grass fed on pasture along the river Severn in the summer and wintered in with home grown silage. We rear South Devon cattle, a native beef breed, noted for their full of flavour, naturally marbled meat. We sell only heifer meat, which any butcher will tell you is the best. The whole sides of beef are hung for 21 days on the bone in a chiller room to add to the tenderness and flavour.
