The course covers the planning of projects, writing from a design, structuring your documents, good writing practice, adapting your writing style for print and online formats, punctuation and grammar, techniques for documentation navigation, proof-reading and documentation standards.

It is suitable for new technical authors and technical writers; people who are not career technical authors or technical writers, but who have been asked to carry out technical authoring work.

You receive comprehensive courseware to refer to throughout the course, and to use as a refresher following the course. At the end of the course, we issue you with a certificate confirming you have attended and successfully completed the course.
