About Aromatherapy

It is exactly what the name implies; it is a therapy (massage) with aroma (essential oils).

The essential oils are absorbed into the body and can aid the body – mentally or physically dependant on their properties.  The massage often brings a state of deep relaxation along with the inhalation of the scents from the essential oils.  This combined brings a sense of well being.
