The DSA practical driving test can be daunting. If you have failed your driving test recently the failed test course is there to prepare you to retake your test and build your confidence back up. The Failed Test course is a 12 hour course which would normally be taken over 2 days. The practical driving test is arranged for the course final hour. Training will be to the DSA syllabus for the practical driving test. Start time is 9am although flexibility on start times is offered to students. Tuition each day will be 6 hours. A short refreshment break is taken every 2 hours of training period. This course can be taken between 2 and 4 days. Please feel free to call and ask for details.

Beginner course

The Beginner course is a 42 hour course aimed at students with no previous experience; students might have never driven before and will need to be taught all their driving skills. This course is usually a 7 day course on a one 2 one instructor to student ratio basis with the practical driving test arranged as the final hour of the course. The normal start time each day is 9am although flexibility on times is offered. There will be of 6 hours training each day. The test day will be 5 hours of tu

Intermediate course

The Intermediate driving course student will have around 10-15 hours of tuition with a driving instructor or a family member. Intermediate students will now have fair to good car control being able to move off at junctions with confidence. Roundabouts are now becoming easier, and driving would be in light and starting with medium traffic. The driving test manoeuvres would have been started and being practiced. The Intermediate course is a 30 hour course which would normally be taken over 5 days.

Novice course

The Novice student would have around 5-10 hours of practise with a driving instructor or a family member. The student will be practising car control, clutch steering, and moving off and stopping smoothly on hills, angle starts, the MSM routine would be known and used.
