The Wakefield Westgate Station is to be redeveloped as a new integrated transport exchange in a highly sustainable design with 1450 car parking spaces, new travel centre, retail and coffee shops.
Visually two axis will be created to the City’s famous skyline. The principal vista picks up the Town Hall Tower, whilst a secondary vista relates to County Hall and its dome.
Appointed as BREEAM Assessor, Stroma Tech:
• An integrated approach to delivery of Stroma consultancy specialisms
• Collaboration between in house BREEAM and energy consultants to determine and achieve all
viable credits within the energy category
• BREEAM and Code meetings coordinated to make the most efficient use of the design team’s time
• A dedicated single point of contact within Stroma
