How it Works?
Point values are allocated to individual products through the back office software, when these products are purchased an individual customer reward programme and customer profile is built.
Each customer is allocated with an individual customer loyalty card which can be swiped or scanned at point of sale during a transaction to allocate products to that customer.
Key information regarding the customer is held within the loyalty programme including Name, Address, Telephone, email address etc.
The customer reward points built are accepted as a payment option and can quickly and easily redeemed at any point, thus retaining customer loyalty.
Through the RCS CRM solution data can be analysed to identity customer buying patterns and market to them in a cost effective method.
