Barbara Brennen is a chef who has worked under renowned chefs such as Anton Edlemann of The Savoy Hotel & Keith Stanley formerly of The Ritz Hotel & was lucky enough to work for the chef she admired the most Anton Mosimann at Mosimann's, London. She had taken some of the practices she learned through these great establishments and tips she has picked up along the way to create Bad Ass Cakes. They specialise in quality French pastries and custom made cakes.
