PILATES will result in a longer, leaner, more flexible body and focuses on a mind / body connection to increase your body awareness. Through a series of strength and mobility exercises, Pilates builds strength from within, initiating every movement through engaging your deep abdominals and stabilising your torso. The exercises are progressive and safe, concentrating on slow, controlled, flowing movements. Each class is suitable for all levels, please inform the instructor about any injuries you may have. Always bring fluids and wear suitable clothing for exercise.

£4 for 45 mins
Class passes can be used for all classes taught by North Leeds Fitness, no expiry and does NOT have to be used consecutively.
