We continue support after launching a website.

Face Time
: Once a website is launched, we get down to planning with you the next 12 months of activities around it. We hold regular 'Face Time' meetings with all of our clients (at least quarterly) to review performance and plan what happens next.

Website Workshop: Our full-day Website Workshops are an opportunity for to network with existing Chapter Eight customers and find out how they're taking advantage of the web using our systems.

Website Testing: Making sure a website remains easy to use and keeps up to date with the latest innovations in web design is part of the work we do.

Ongoing Training: When we've built a website we not online provide a complimentary training course on using our systems, but full online documentation and ongoing training.

Customer Services: If support or advice is needed our friendly Customer Services team based in Yorkshire are available on the telephone, by email, live chate and via our dedicated customer website.
