Our maintenance contracts happen in a 3 stage cycle...
1) Supply Vehicle
You purchase or lease a van from us from any manufacturer of your choice. With leasing you can choose whether you go for a 1, 2 or 3 year contract. We recommend up to 3 because there will not be any mot costs after three years. It then means you will only have to pay for insurance & fuel.
The vehicle will then be delivered from the manufacturer to our fitters if you have required any extras such as ply lining, roof bars, slam locks and sign writing etc.
If you are not having any extras then the vehicle will be delivered straight to you from the manufacture. If you had extras you will need to arrange with us about pick up or delivery of your vehicle. (Explained in stage 3)
2) One Invoice
Each vehicle you have with us on a maintenance contract will have a set monthly amount for that vehicle. All vehicles will then be on one invoice sent to you once a month, so there will not be an invoice per vehicle per month.
Free Fleet Management
We offer free fleet management with the maintenance contracts. We will monitor mileages, by using TomTom Telematics* to ensure that your drivers do not exceed the manufactures contract mileage as they will charge by the mile after you go over the allowance.
Our mobile mechanics will schedule with your drivers where they are going to be so that they can come out and do the service on the vehicle to the manufacturer’s standards. This then enables the driver to carry on working whilst their vehicle is being serviced therefore still providing an income.
Duty of Care
We make fleets aware of Duty of Care and keep them legal and compliant for example we will provide a weekly or monthly check-list for drivers to check over their vehicle and report any defects to us to sort out.
3) End of contract
When your contract (if leasing) is coming to an end with us and the manufacture, we will discuss with you the next vehicle you would like and over what time span. Once it is ordered, the new vehicle will then undergo the 1st stage explained above.
When the vehicle is ready your driver will then be able to drive their previous vehicle to our fitters where you can swap over your vehicle. Then you can drive away with your new vehicle. With exchanges taking a max of 20 minutes it won’t take a driver away from their vehicle for a day.
Our experienced body care centre will then, if any, take out any dents and scratches to get it back to manufacture standard for a minimal cost.
Then the cycle will start all over again for each vehicle.
