Aromatherapy means “treatment using scents”. The use of essential oils (which are extracted from herbs, flowers, resin, woods and roots) in body & skin care treatments it is known as  aromatherapy.  Specific essential oils are blended by the Aromatherapist to use in the massage. Each oil has its own unique healing   properties.   Essential oils can be added to the bath or     massaged into the skin, inhaled directly or diffused to scent an entire room. They are  absorbed into the skin and work within the body in the same way as      traditional medicines. When inhaled, they work on the brain and nervous system through stimulation of the olfactory nerves. Each client will have oils blended for their  specific needs to support their healing
