I believe that there is a type of training suited for everyone its just a matter of digging deep and finding it.  If its 1 to 1 training, small groups, training for a specific sport or just to keep fit and healthy I can help.   My aim is to bring new, fun and exciting workouts that will also give maximum results to help achieve your own personal goals. There are many different types of training its just finding the one which suits you.   If you and partner have specific goals or you are just starting out to head towards a fitter, healthier lifestyle, then get in touch.  Together we will plan your fitness and nutrition to give you maximum results.   If you are a runner who wants to train for half or full marathon or you fancy the challenge of a triathlon then I'm the personal trainer for you, as I have run several half and full marathons and completed a triathlon or two!   If a gym environment is not for you and you prefer working out in the comfort of  your own home.  I have all the training equipment needed to keep you toned, fit, feeling and looking great.   Outdoor training is great fun and if your an early bird who loves working out while the sun rises over the City of Brighton or if you prefer evening workouts to watch the sun set over Brighton beach my hours are flexible to suit you!
