On the 30th August, The British Medical Journal reviewed research eating more fruit, such as blueberries, apples and grapes can reduce the risk of type II diabetes. Diabetes UK said that this research should be viewed with caution. There is so much new research coming out on what is good for us to eat and not eat that it is hard to keep track.
