"When I joined Energie, I decided I would also make some changes to what I ate.
I followed Angela's advice by drinking more water, trying to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables as well as trying to eat some fish.
I decided to cut down on the amount of biscuits, cakes and chocolates that I ate to help, although I still enjoy the odd one!
I enjoy coming to the gym and I feel fitter and have more energy to do the things that I want to do.
When I first started I weighed 11st 4lbs and with Angela's help and encouragement i have lost nearly a stone. My original goal of 10 stone suddenly seems achievable.
My advise to anyone is to simply give it a go. if you are determined you will reach your goal. "
