Hot yoga, or Bikram Yoga, is quite simply yoga - along with a series of breathing exercises - performed in a heated room. The increased temperature limbers your body and enables you to stretch more deeply, helping to minimise the risk of strain or injury. It also means that you receive a better cardiovascular workout, whilst sweating will help you detox. If you've never tried it before we recommend that you come along and try hot yoga for yourself as we feel this is a fantastic form of relaxation and exercise.
