When is the right time to stop smoking?  The first day you start, yesterday, today or tomorrow? The answer is right now.  Start to give up the smoking habit by contacting us with an email or phone call.  Tell us you want to give up the weed and we will be there to support you.  We aim to give you an appointment within one week and in the meantime you can start your self improvement with suggestions your therapist will give you.  Its easier than you think, all you neeed to do is think about it and act on it, we will support you and guide you and if necessary we will use as deep a hypnotherapy as necessary to build up your confidence.  Instead of hypnosis you could learn EFT which is a natural and conscious way of reminding yorself and building up your energies and breaking down your negative blocks.  CBT will show you how to change your thinking patterns and along with being smoke-free you may well find a new you in the process!
