Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a therapy that uses oil and scraping tools to remove toxins and stagnation from painful areas of the body. It especially useful to help reduce neck and back pain but can also be used very gently on the face to aid relaxation and promote better blood circulation.
When used on the body 'Sha' (bruise like marks) appear and can be visible for several days after treatment.
