How to Care for Probe Lockers and All Painted Probe Products:

Probe lockers and other painted probe products are Powder coated with electro static powder paint Activecoat TM after the steel used has been cleaned and iron phosphated.

Under normal use, all that is needed to keep the Probe lockers and other painted probe products looking good is an occasional wipe with a damp non-lint duster.

We do not recommend the use of liquids such as bleach, or solvents for cleaning, as they may cause a reduction in the level of protection and damage the appearance.

Probe Lockers:

On Probe Lockers, we would recommend the application of a few drops of a silicon – based lubricant inside the lock barrels and on hinges every 1 to 2 months.

Failure to maintain lockers within these guidelines may lead to deterioration in product performance and a infringement of our product guarantee.  Spare doors and replacement keys and locks are available from authorised Probe Storage dealers such as CSI Products.

Solid Laminate Products

Probe Trespa  Athlon panels are made specifically for interior applications. Designed for intensive use, the integrated decorative surface is impact-, scratch- and wear-resistant. The panels are easy to keep clean, as they do not absorb or retain moisture, and can be easily cleaned using standard cleaning agents and/or strong disinfectants.

Timber Products:

Timber Slats. The timber supplied for the use on probe seating and bench units is an attractive stained hard wood. This is coated and sealed with several layers of polyurethane varnish. It should however be remembered that timber is a natural product and any sudden changes to ambient conditions maycause irreversible alterations to the size and shape of the profile of the slats.

Timber doors. Under normal use, all that is needed to keep the timber effect doors looking good are an occasional wipe with a damp non-lint duster. We do not recommend the use of liquids such as bleach, or solvents for cleaning, as they may cause damage to the surface.
