EFT is about returning the mind, body and feelings to a state of balance and harmony so we are not limited by negative emotions.
Even though we are “designed” to recover from unpleasant experiences or thought patterns, you can still be affected by recurring emotions from past events such as a bad relationships, trauma of some sort or the loss of a loved one.
You can also be affected by ongoing or future events such as work-related stress, interpersonal problems, depression and various kinds of anxieties. The everyday things we encounter, the things that quite ofter we say do not effect us and yet they do.
EFT is a Tapping Therapy, it involves tapping on various points on the body. EFT uses the same meridians (energy channels) as Chinese Acupuncture and Acupressure but without the use of needles.
