   The successful techniques I use during my Relaxation Sessions are a combination of Hypnotherapy and Visualisation exercises to create inner Calm; by using effective Breathing techniques; methods of guided imagery and meditation; working with your body's Natural Healing System; and learning how to claim your own Energetic Power with extraordinary results.

Deep relaxation eliminates tension and decreases pain, it can help activate deep internal processes of healing, and frees up tremendous amounts of natural energy in your body. It also helps you release stored up fear, stress, anger or anxiety much more effectively, and swiftly, through your ability to relax, to bring back control of your emotions instead of them being in control of you.
