For instance, if you are motivating yourself to lose weight, every two weeks or so indulged yourself in a sweet treat or a day of no exercising.
Just as there are rewards in life, you should also have punishments or consequences to balance your behavior and thinking out. There is no sense in being cruel to yourself. For one, you will never punish yourself to the extent you need to get to. Secondly, you will feel as though you’re only a failure. Consequences allow you to have a choice and make better decisions.

It may sound crazy, but again, you are your biggest fan. Talk and pump yourself up. Check in on yourself and say what an amazing job you have done. Many believe you can speak things into existence. So speak up on your own behalf.
Work on increasing your motivation daily. Create your personal business plan and aim to stick with it. Reward and punish yourself justly so you don’t give up too soon. Yes, even over rewarding can be bad because it can make you feel as though you don’t need the extra push.
