The focus of this Pre-Employment Programme is to develop learners work related skills in a safe and controlled environment that enables early achievement of a sustainable job in Rail Engineering. The Programme combines industry specific Employability Support, NVQ Competency Units and Employer Specific Training which enable learners to gain meaningful employment in a range of entry level roles within Rail industry.
