Gold Business Solutions Priority GoldMine Support
Gold Business Solutions offers priority telephone support to all customers with a valid support and maintenance agreement.
Gold Business Solutions have always believed that having a highly trained and successful first line support team is vital to our operation in providing first class support. All of our support technicians undergo regular training themselves to ensure they can always offer the customer exactly what is required.
The helpdesk is available from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
As we are well aware some employees (including a few of us here at Gold Business Solutions!) are often working late and are sometimes called in at the weekend so we also provide you with a mobile phone number which will reach one of our consultants to ensure you can speak to someone 7 days a week. This is a service that is not usually offered by many of our competitors yet we have found to be very popular with our customers.
