“This is what 7” should be all about” - Record Collector Magazine

“Our favourite singles label” - Shindig!

“Remember  Island, Charisma...think Fruits de Mer!” – Classic Rock

“A spirited garden-shed operation” - Mojo

Hi from Fruits de Mer Records, the world’s smallest vinyl-only ‘new versions of classic spacerock, psychedelia, progressive rock, acid-folk and krautrock’ record label; certainly the smallest one called Fruits de Mer Records that we know of (it’s also the biggest one for that matter).

We’re up to volume 18 in a series of vinyl releases that pluck rusty orbiting space-race leftovers, and give brilliant artists the opportunity to buff them up, stick tinfoil on them and fly off to places never before visited by mankind – giant leaps, indeed.

So far, we’ve managed to persuade new bands such as Cranium Pie, Vibravoid and Sendelica, along with cult artists such as Mark Fry and Alison O’Donnell to work with us – much to our surprise...

... and now we’re proud to introduce our first release of 2011,  our most ambitious project to-date – ‘ROQUETING THROUGH SPACE’  - a colour vinyl LP+7” extravaganza featuring new versions of classic spacerock and krautrock, all housed in a stunning gatefold sleeve.

We hope you like it -  more details on tracks and bands are attached, along with ALL the tracks from the album and single on a promo CDr (pretty ironic for a vinyl-only record label – but life isn’t perfect, at least not round here).

We’d appreciate your reviews...interviews...airtime...feedback...publicity...sympathy

If you’d like more info, band photos, jpegs, mp3s, whatever, just drop us a line

Meanwhile, thank you for your time
